1. What if I don’t receive a ticket number ? 

Call us anyway, even without a ticket number. In that case, just keep your customer number at hand.


2. What if I have an urgent question ? 

Follow the steps described above. Tell your contact person that the problem is urgent. He/she will come up with a solution for you as soon as possible


3. What if I don’t know my customer number ? 

You can find your customer number on any invoice from Fuzer. It’s also on the automatic e-mail you receive from support@fuzer.net. If you want to know your customer number, you can also request it from your account manager, from our head office or by sending an e-mail to the support address.


4. When will I receive an answer to my e-mail ? 

Fuzer guaranties a first reply to your request within the Next Business Day.
